Overall project management
The overall project management prepares the projects for the digitalisation of various administrative procedures in the new campus portal and supports the projects during implementation. The overall project management for information technology is responsible for planning, organising and managing the implementation of the technical requirements in HISinOne and the associated systems.

The Study and Teaching team is responsible for the conversion of the application and admission procedures, the student administration as well as the degree programme, examination and course administration to the new HISinOne campus portal.

The EXA competence team was formed in the first half of 2024 from the ranks of the degree programme coordinators. It collects the existing procedures in the subjects for course management and develops proposals for standardising and harmonising the procedures with the new HISinOne campus management software. The members of the competence team represent the requirements of the subjects in the project and coordinate the process changes required for the changeover with the subjects. They are the contact persons for technical planning, project planning and the status of implementation.

Research and doctoral candidate management team
The Research Management team is responsible for the introduction of a digitally integrated research administration system in the campus portal. The following range of functions is planned and should be realised by the end of 2026
- Third-party funding notification and processing/approval in the campus portal
- Systematic collection and linking of research metadata on projects, publications and awards in the campus portal in accordance with the recommendations of the German Council of Science and Humanities on the Core Data Set for Research (KDSF)
The Doctoral Management team is responsible for the introduction of a digitally integrated doctoral administration system in the campus portal. The following range of functions is planned and should be realised by the end of 2025.
- The doctoral application is created digitally in the campus portal.
- The responsible departments (doctoral secretariats, doctoral committees, study secretariat, applicants, doctoral candidates) can view and process the data in the campus portal.
