°ä³±Ê°ù´Ç is a joint research project of the Workflow Systems and Technology group of the University of Vienna and the Institute of Databases and Information Systems of the University of Ulm. Its funding was attracted by Prof. Dr. Manfred Reichert and Prof. Dr. Stefanie Rinderle-Ma from the DFG and FWF within the D-A-CH Lead Agency procedure.

The acronym °ä³±Ê°ù´Ç stands for Change and Compliance in Collaborative (i.e. inter-organizational) Processes. So on the one hand, the project aims to enable flexibility and adaptability (i.e. changes) of collaborative processes at run time and build time. On the other hand °ä³±Ê°ù´Ç puts emphasis on compliance rules that stem from guidelines, standards and laws restrict the execution of collaborative processes. The project’s main challenge raises due to the combination of those two issues and is to ensure the compliance of collaborative processes with imposed compliance rules even when multiple changes occur.
