There are two different ways to enroll:
1. Personal enrolment: First, following documents have to be send in advance by e-mail to Registrar´s office (studium(at)uni-ulm.de) by the latest on the respective enrollment deadline (given on your admission letter)
- Application for enrollment
- letter of admission and the notification of fees
- Copy of your passport
- high school diploma
- Bachelor's degree certificate (original and if it is not in English, also the translation)
- Proof of payment of the semester fee (192 €, reference 20262 + applicant number)
- Proof of payment of the fee for international students (1500 €, reason for payment 20262 + applicant number)
- Proof of language proficiency
- if you come from India, China or Vietnam: APS certificate
On the given deadline from the Studiensekretariat/Registrar´s office you have to appear in person and present your original documents and the original certified translations (if your official documents are not already in English or German).
If you choose this option, please contact the Student's Registrar by email (studium(at)uni-ulm.de) to make an appointment.
2. Enrolment by post: you can send your enrollment documents (certified copies) by post. The documents should arrive before/on the respective enrollment deadline. Copies (of original documents and original translations), however, have to be certified by a German authority/German notary. Only the following certification authorities are accepted:
· German Embassy
· German Notary
· Authorised German public authority (In Germany any public institution ("öffentliche Stelle") which has an official stamp called "Dienstsiegel" is authorised to officially certify documents)
